    Product Description

HA-Tag Chimeric Rabbit-Human Monoclonal Antibody is a probe for the immunochemical detection of HA tags on recombinant proteins. Recombinant proteins are commonly labeled with affinity tags, such as HA, which corresponds to amino acids 98 to 106 from human influenza hemagglutinin (HA), to facilitate both their detection and purification.1 HA tags are commonly utilized because of their small size, low potential to interfere in protein folding or activity, and strong immunoreactivity. Cayman’s HA-Tag Chimeric Rabbit- Human Monoclonal Antibody (Clone RMH02) is composed of human IgG1 CH and Cκ constant domains fused to the antigen-binding domain of a rabbit anti-HA-tag monoclonal antibody. It can be used for ELISA and Western blot (WB) applications. The antibody recognizes proteins containing HA tags fused to either the N- or C-terminus.
