    Product Description

    Acetyl-CoA synthase inhibitor is an inhibitor of acetyl-CoA synthetase 2 (ACCS2; IC50 = 1.214 µM).1 It reduces oleic acid-induced increases in the number of histone H2AX-positive cells, a marker of DNA damage, in cultured human immortalized hepatocytes when used at a concentration of 50 µM.2
