    Product Description

SU 0268 is an inhibitor of 8-oxoguanine DNA glycosylase 1 (OGG1; IC50 = 0.059 µM).1 It is selective for OGG1 over the DNA repair enzymes MTH1, dUTPase, NUDT16, ABH2, ABH3, and SMUG1 at 20 µM. SU 0268 (0.5 µM) inhibits OGG1 and increases the number of 8-oxoguanine DNA lesions in HeLa cell lysates.

WARNING This product is not for human or veterinary use.
