    Product Description

    GRL-0496 is an inhibitor of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus (SARS-CoV) and SARS-CoV-2 main protease (Mpro), also known as 3C-like protease (3CLpro; IC50s = 0.03 and 0.038 µM, respectively).1,2 It reduces viral infectivity in SARS-CoV-infected Vero cells (EC50 = 6.9 µM).1
