    Product Description

    3-Deoxyaconitine is a diterpene alkaloid that has been found in A. kusnezoffii.1,2,3 It induces spasms in isolated rabbit small intestine (EC50 = 100 nM).2 3-Deoxyaconitine (0.375 mg/kg) also enhances lidocaine-induced sensory loss, weight-bearing capacity, and partial paralysis in rabbits.3
