    Product Description

    CM10 is a pan-aldehyde dehydrogenase 1 (ALDH1A) inhibitor (IC50s = 1,700, 740, and 640 nM for human ALDH1A1, ALDH1A2, and ALDH1A3, respectively).1 It is selective for ALDH1A isoforms over ALDH2, -3A1, -4A1, -5A1, -1B1, and -1L1 at 20 µM. CM10 induces necroptosis in ovarian cancer stem cells.
