    Product Description

    4',7-Di-O-methylnaringenin is a flavonoid aglycone that has been found in Vitex quinata and has potassium channel inhibitory and anticancer activities.1,2 It inhibits the voltage-gated potassium channel subtype Kv1.3 in a patch-clamp assay when used at a concentration of 30 µM.1 4’,7-Di-O-methylnaringenin is cytotoxic to human LNCaP prostate, Lu1 lung, and MCF-7 breast cancer cells (EC50s = 6.7, 4.7, and 1.1 µM, respectively).2
