    Dofetilide N-oxide is a metabolite of the antiarrhythmic agent dofetilide (Item No. 15045).1 It prolongs intracellular action potential duration in isolated guinea pig papillary muscle, as a measure of antiarrhythmic activity, less potently than dofetilide.
