    Aficamten is an inhibitor of cardiac myosin ATPase (IC50 = 1.26 µM for the bovine enzyme).1 It reduces fractional shortening in isolated rat cardiac ventricular myocytes (IC50 = 7.9 µM) and in rats in a dose-dependent manner.
