    Product Description

    NN-390 is an inhibitor of histone deacetylase 6 (HDAC6; IC50 = 9.8 nM).1 It is selective for HDAC6 over HDAC3, HDAC8, and HDAC11 (IC50s = >1,000 nM for all). NN-390 is cytotoxic to MV4-11 leukemia, MM.1S multiple myeloma, and HD-MB03 medulloblastoma cells (IC50s = 1.19, 1.38, and 0.13 µM, respectively).
