    (±)-Methamphetamine (hydrochloride) (Item No. 36566) is an analytical reference standard categorized as an amphetamine that consists of dextrorotatory and levorotatory enantiomers.1,2 (+)-Methamphetamine (Item No. 13997) is the more physiologically active isomer compared with (–)-methamphetamine (Item No. 13998). Methamphetamine is both neurotoxic and frequently abused.3 Methamphetamine is regulated as a Schedule II compound in the United States. This product is intended for research and forensic applications.
