    Sulfo-NHS-LC-biotin is a water soluble and amine-reactive reagent.1,2 It contains a spacer arm connecting biotin to the NHS ester, which reduces stearic hindrance.2 Sulfo-NHS-LC-biotin has commonly been used in the labeling of amine-containing proteins, antibodies, and other molecules.
