    Product Description

    Tegobuvir is a non-nucleoside inhibitor of hepatitis C virus (HCV) non-structural protein 5B (NS5B).1 It reduces viral infectivity in cells expressing wild-type HCV 1b NS5B but not mutant NS5Bs. Tegobuvir selectively inhibits replication of HCV genotypes 1a and 1b over genotype 2a in Huh7-Lunet cells (EC50s = 13.8, 0.8, and 21,900 nM, respectively).
