    Product Description

HIV-1 integrase inhibitor 1 is an inhibitor of HIV-1 integrase DNA strand transfer (IC50 = 14 nM).1 It is also an inhibitor of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) main protease (Mpro), also known as 3C-like protease (3CLpro), when used at a concentration of 10 µM in a fluorescence-based assay.2 HIV-1 integrase inhibitor 1 decreases SARS-CoV-2 replication (EC50 = 0.27 µM) and reduces particle-forming units (PFUs) in infected Huh7.5 cells in a concentration-dependent manner.

WARNING This product is not for human or veterinary use.
