    Product Description

Myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein (MOG) peptide is an endogenous peptide truncation of MOG, which is found on the extracellular surface of myelin sheaths.1 When coupled to the antigen serotype HLA-DR2, MOG peptide reduces cortical and striatal infarct volumes, decreases sensorimotor impairments in tube- and corner turn tests, increases time spent investigating novel odors, and increases the duration of cage mate-directed calls in female, but not male, mice in a model of ischemic stroke induced by middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO).

WARNING This product is not for human or veterinary use.
