    Product Description

Bak BH3 (72-87) is a peptide that corresponds to amino acids 72-87 of the pro-apoptotic protein Bak.1 It selectively binds to Bcl-xL over Bcl-2 (EC50s = 174 and 3,020 nM, respectively). Bak BH3 (72-87) induces apoptosis in LLC-PK1 porcine kidney epithelial cells.2
