    Product Description

RAMB4 is an inhibitor of the ubiquitin-proteasome system.1 It increases the levels of polyubiquitinated proteins in HeLa cervical cancer cells, but does not inhibit the chymotrypsin-like, trypsin-like, or peptidylglutamyl peptide hydrolyzing-like activities of the 20S proteasome, in cell-free assays when used at a concentration of 10 µM. RAMB4 decreases the viability of HeLa cells (IC50 = 2 µM).

WARNING This product is not for human or veterinary use.
