    Product Description

    BLP-3 is an endogenous peptide expressed in X. laevis skin and has antibacterial properties.1 It is active against N. meningitidis, N. gonorrhoeae, N. lactamica, and N. cinerea when used at a concentration of 20 µg/ml. BLP-3 folds into an alpha-helix, which inserts into and disrupts bacteriomimetic membranes.2
