KSL-128114 is a peptide inhibitor of the membrane regulator syntenin (Ki = 300 nM).1 It reduces the percent viability of A2058 melanoma and patient-derived glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) cells in a concentration-dependent manner. KSL-128114 (50 µM) increases animal survival time in a patient-derived xenograft (PDX) mouse model of GBM using patient-derived GBM cells cultured with KSL-128114 prior to intracranial implantation.
