    Product Description

    SLF1081851 is an inhibitor of sphingosine-1-phosphate (S1P) transporter (SPNS2).1 It inhibits mouse Spns2 by 67% when used at a concentration of 2 µM. SLF1081851 inhibits S1P export from HeLa cells expressing mouse Spns2 (IC50 = 1.93 µM). In vivo, SLF1081851 (20 mg/kg) decreases blood lymphocyte numbers and plasma S1P levels in mice.
