    ICA 110381 is an activator of voltage-gated potassium channel Kv7.2.1 It induces rubidium efflux in an agonist-induced rubidium efflux assay using CHO cells (EC50 = 0.38 µM for the human channel). ICA 110381 also inhibits rubidium efflux from CHO cells expressing Kv7.1 (EC50 = 15 µM for the human channel). It reduces seizure number and increases the current threshold for seizure induction by amygdala-kindling in rats when administered at a dose of 30 mg/kg.2
