    Product Description

    M2N12 is a clickable inhibitor of cell division cycle 25 (Cdc25; IC50s = 0.53, 1.39, and 0.09 µM for Cdc25A, Cdc25B, and Cdc25C, respectively).1 It is composed of a naphthoquinone derivative functionalized with a clickable cyclic azide group. M2N12 inhibits the proliferation of A549 lung cancer and MDA-MB-231 and MCF-7 breast cancer cells (IC50s = 3.92, 4.63, and 4.71 µM, respectively).
