    M1001 is a modulator of hypoxia-inducible factor-2α (HIF-2α).1 It stabilizes the aryl hydrocarbon receptor nuclear translocator (ARNT) and HIF-2α protein-protein interaction and promotes the gene expression of HIF-2α targets VEGF-A, CCND1, SLC2A1, and NDRG1, in 786-O cells when used at a concentration of 10 µM.
