    Product Description

    1,2-Stearoyl-3-trimethylammoniumpropane (DSTAP) is a cationic lipid that has been used in the formation of lipid nanoparticles (LNPs).1 Intraperitoneal administration of LNPs containing DSTAP and encapsulating resiquimod (R-848; Item No. 14806) increases peritoneal fluid levels of IFN-α, the number of tumor-associated CD8+ T cells, and reduces peritoneal tumor luminescence in a CT26-luc colorectal cancer mouse model of colorectal cancer with peritoneal metastases.
