    Product Description

    LY2334737 is a prodrug form of the nucleoside analog gemcitabine (Item Nos. 11690 | 9003096).1 In vivo, LY2334737 (8 mg/kg) reduces tumor volume in an MDA321-LM2-4175 breast cancer mouse xenograft model and increases survival in an SKOV3 ovarian cancer mouse xenograft model.
