    Product Description

    RTDLDSLRTYTL is an αVβ6 integrin ligand.1 It selectively inhibits the binding of fibronectin to αVβ6 integrin over vitronectin to αVβ3 or αVβ5 and fibrinogen to αIIβ3 (IC50s = 0.02, >50, >50, and >50 µM, respectively). RTDLDSLRTYTL also inhibits the binding of HT-29 colon cancer cells to fibronectin in a concentration-dependent manner.
