    VPM-p15 is a synthetic peptide agonist for the adhesion G protein-coupled receptor (GPCR) G2 (ADGRG2), an orphan GPCR involved in male infertility.1 It induces cAMP accumulation in HEK293 cells expressing human ADGRG2 (EC50 = 1.41 µM).
