    Product Description

hVEGF-IN-1 is an inhibitor of VEGFA translation.1 It binds to the mRNA encoding VEGF-A (Kd = 4.64 µM) and decreases its translation when used at a concentration of 1.5 µM. hVEGF-IN-1 (3 µM) reduces migration of MCF-7 breast cancer cells. It decreases tumor growth and weight without reducing body weight in an MCF-7 mouse xenograft model when administered at a dose of 7.5 mg/kg per day.

WARNING This product is not for human or veterinary use.
