    Product Description

CL075 is a toll-like receptor 8 (TLR8) agonist.1 It induces NF-κB activation in a reporter assay using HEK293 cells expressing recombinant human TLR8 and TNF-α production in isolated human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) when used at concentrations ranging from 1 to 10 µM. In vivo, CL075 induces antigen-specific antibody responses in rabbits when used as an adjuvant.2

WARNING This product is not for human or veterinary use.
