Explore how neutrophils shape the immune response in health and disease. This poster highlights neutrophil pathogen defense mechanisms, including phagocytosis, degranulation, and NETosis, as well as neutrophil roles in inflammation and NET-associated pathologies.
DOWNLOAD NOWCL075 is a toll-like receptor 8 (TLR8) agonist.1 It induces NF-κB activation in a reporter assay using HEK293 cells expressing recombinant human TLR8 and TNF-α production in isolated human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) when used at concentrations ranging from 1 to 10 µM. In vivo, CL075 induces antigen-specific antibody responses in rabbits when used as an adjuvant.2
