    PfDHODH-IN-1 is an inhibitor of dihydroorotate dehydrogenase (DHODH; IC50s = 190, 47, and 21 nM for the human, mouse, and rat enzymes, respectively) and a derivative of the DHODH inhibitor A-771726 (Item No. 14404).1,2 It inhibits delayed-type hypersensitivity reactions in mice and rats when administered at doses of 30 and 10 mg/kg, respectively.2
