    Product Description

VV116 is an antiviral agent and a derivative of the antiviral prodrug remdesivir (Item No. 30354).1 It inhibits viral replication of respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) in A549 cells (EC50 = 1.01 µM). VV116 (25 mg/kg) decreases viral replication and lung viral titer counts in a mouse model of RSV infection. It also decreases alveolar inflammation in RSV-infected mice.

WARNING This product is not for human or veterinary use.
