    Product Description

SCR130 is an inhibitor of non-homologous end joining (NHEJ) and a derivative of the DNA ligase IV inhibitor SCR7 (Item No. 18015).1 It selectively inhibits DNA ligase IV- over ligase I- or ligase III-mediated end-joining in cell-free assays when used at a concentration of 200 µM. SCR130 is cytotoxic to NALM6 and Reh leukemia and HeLa cervical cancer cells (IC50s = 2.2, 14.1, and 5.9 µM, respectively) and induces DNA double-strand breaks (DSBs) in Reh cells when used at concentrations ranging from 7 to 21 µM.
