    Product Description

(E/Z)-IT-603 is a mixture of (E)-IT-603 and (Z)-IT-603.1 (Z)-IT-603 is a c-Rel inhibitor (IC50 = 3 µM). (Z)-IT-603 inhibits c-Rel DNA binding in an electrophoretic mobility-shift assay (EMSA). Preincubation of (Z)-IT-603 (20 µM) with mouse T cells prevents the development of graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) but does not affect graft-versus-tumor (GVT) activity in a mouse model of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.

WARNING This product is not for human or veterinary use.
