    Product Description

    RS 25344 is an inhibitor of phosphodiesterase 4 (PDE4; IC50 = 0.3 nM).1 It is selective for PDE4 over PDE1, -2, and -3 (IC50s = >100 µM for all). RS 25344 inhibits concanavalin A-induced IL-5 release and LPS-induced TNF-α release in isolated human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs; EC50s = 0.3 and 5.4 nM, respectively).2
