    Product Description

    OF-C4-Deg-Lin is an ionizable cationic lipid.1 It has been used in the generation of lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) for the delivery of siRNA and mRNA in vitro and in vivo. LNPs containing OF-C4-Deg-Lin and encapsulating an mRNA reporter selectively accumulate in mouse spleen after intravenous administration.
