    Product Description

    246C10 is an ionizable cationic lipid (pKa = 6.75).1 It has been used in combination with other lipids in the generation of lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) for the delivery of mRNA in vitro and in vivo. LNPs containing 246C10 and encapsulating an mRNA reporter selectively accumulate in mouse liver after intravenous administration.
