    1,2-Dipalmitoyl-3-dimethylammonium-propane (DPDAP) is an ionizable cationic lipid that has been used in the generation of liposomes for the delivery of miRNA.1 Liposomes containing DPDAP and encapsulating miR-21, miR-324, and scramble miRNA increase axonogenesis of mouse trigeminal ganglion neurons.
