Product Description

Poloppin is an inhibitor of the protein-peptide interaction between polo-like kinase 1 (Plk1) and the Plk1-binding phosphopeptide (IC₅₀ = 26.9 µM).¹ It induces mitotic arrest in HeLa cells (EC₅₀ = 29.9 µM). Poloppin inhibits cell growth in murine pancreatic organoids expressing mutant K-Ras (GI₅₀s = 22.92-28.39 µM).
