    Product Description

    DC-LC3in-D5 is an inhibitor of LC3 (IC50 = 200 nM).1 It selectively binds to LC3-I and LC3-II over GABA type A receptor-associated protein (GABARAP), scavenger receptor class B member 2 (SCARB2), and paraoxonase 2 (PON2) in an activity-based protein profiling (ABPP) assay using HeLa cells. DC-LC3in-D5 (25 µM) inhibits LC3-II lipidation, autophagosome formation, and the protein-protein interaction between LC3-II and ATG7 in HeLa cells.
