    Product Description

    Tubulin inhibitor 11 is a tubulin polymerization inhibitor.1 It inhibits the proliferation of DU145 prostate cancer cells (IC50 = 8 nM) and induces cell cycle arrest at the G2/M phase and apoptosis in the same cells. Tubulin inhibitor 11 also inhibits the proliferation of A549 lung and MCF-7 breast cancer cells resistant to paclitaxel (Item No. 10461). It reduces tumor volume in several mouse xenograft models at 10 mg/kg.
