    Ingliforib is an inhibitor of the liver, muscle, and brain forms of glycogen phosphorylase (IC50s = 52, 352, and 150 nM, respectively).1 It decreases myocardial glycogen phosphorylase activity and infarct size as a percentage of the area at risk in a rabbit model of ischemia-reperfusion injury induced by coronary artery occlusion.
