    2-Aminopurine riboside-5'-O-triphosphate is an isomer of the essential energy substrate for cellular metabolism ATP (Item No. 14498).1 It can serve as a phosphate donor for ATP-requiring enzymes, such as human T4 polynucleotide kinase, yeast hexokinase, and rabbit myosin kinase. 2-Aminopurine riboside-5'-O-triphosphate inhibits adenylyl cyclase (AC) from A. nicotianae (Ki = 1.7 mM).2 It displays excitation/emission maxima of 302/369 nm, respectively in water.
