3'-O-Anthraniloyl-2'-deoxyadenosine-5'-O-triphosphate is a fluorescent nucleotide derivative.1 It displays an emission maximum of 425 nm upon excitation at 330 nm.{|Sarfati1990|} It inhibits B. pertussis and B. anthracis adenylyl cyclases (ACs; Kis = 9.1 and 8 µM, respectively). 3'-O-Anthraniloyl-2'-deoxyadenosine-5'-O-triphosphate has been used as a probe for binding sites in, and ion effects on the enzymatic activity of, B. pertussis and B. anthracis ACs.
