    Product Description

    2'-O-(5-Bromoanthraniloyl)inosine-5'-O-triphosphate (2'-bromo ANT-ITP) and 3'-bromo ANT-ITP are fluorescent ITP derivatives, which undergo spontaneous isomerization.1 2'(3')-bromo ANT-ITP displays excitation/emission maxima of 345/427 nm, respectively, in water. 2'-bromo ANT-ITP selectively inhibits mammalian adenylyl cyclase (AC1), AC2, and AC5 over B. pertussis AC toxin CyaA (Kis = 7, 22, 4.6, and 920 nM, respectively).
