    1-β-D-2’-Dexoyribofuranosyl-1,2,4-triazole-3-carboxamide-5’-O-triphosphate (dRTP) is a nucleotide analog.1 It contains the purine analog ribavirin, which pairs with thymine and cytosine, and has been used in sequence saturation mutagenesis (SeSaM) for the generation of mutant libraries.
