    Product Description

    DOSPA is a spermine-containing cationic lipid.1 It has been used in the formation of liposomes for the delivery of plasmid DNA in vitro. Transfection of liposomes containing DOSPA and encapsulating plasmid DNA encoding β-galactosidase (β-gal) increase β-gal activity in NIH3T3 cells.
