    503O13 is an ionizable cationic lipidoid that has been used in the generation of lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) for the delivery of siRNA in vivo.1 LNPs containing 503O13 and encapsulating siRNA targeting mRNA encoding Factor VII decrease serum Factor VII levels in mice.
