2'-Deoxy-3'-O-(N'-methylanthraniloyl)adenosine-5'-O-diphosphate (MANT-dADP) is a fluorescent nucleotide derivative.1 It displays an emission maximum of 453 nm upon excitation at 350 nm.1 MANT-dADP (100 µM) decreases inositol phosphate formation in CHO-K1 cells expressing the human purinergic P2Y12 receptor.2 It has been used to study the interaction between cardiac troponin I and myofibrils.3
