OT-82 is cytotoxic against a panel of 12 hematological cancer cells (IC50s = 1.01-5.64 nM). In vivo, OT-82 (25 and 50 mg/kg) increases survival and decreases tumor volume in MV4-11 and HEL 92.1.7 mouse xenograft models.
